The history of Silberwal International Group Switzerland begins in 2001, gathering experienced professionals with a background in Swisscom Global Sales, servicing mainly Telco OpCos with international software solutions.

Throughout the years, our company grew steadily and gained a crucial role in the relevant IT sectors, with more than 110 Mobile Operators worldwide served by Silberwal’s Sales and Account Management Team.

We do operate based on unique experience gained and applying in-depth knowledge in project management, organization of equipment and software delivery, as well as introduction, integration, technical support and consulting. Over the course of almost 30 years of activity, we have successfully completed more than 50 interesting projects in Switzerland and other countries in Europe, etc.

Since its foundation, Silberwal has been constantly expanding its partner network and product range through a strategy of continuous growth and investments. Our global leadership in Device Management is demonstrated by the trust of more than 70 mobile operators, virtual mobile operators, and their service providers in 40 countries. The Device Management Centre (DMC) solution includes fully automated tools for detecting and configuring devices (including over-the-air automatic configuration of mobile terminals with correct settings for VoLTE, ViLTE, VoWiFi, and RCS) as well as control functions that offer a constantly updated database of device characteristics, with possibilities for analysis and segmentation.

An independent SIM card management solution allows for flexible and cost-effective SIM management without being tied to a specific SIM card issuer. The management functionalities for SIM cards, Multi-SIM, eSIM, and EUICC make the lifecycle of SIM cards more cost-effective, secure, and profitable. The SIM Management Solution consists of unique functions that have enabled several mobile operators to reduce costs and significantly increase roaming revenue.

Advanced User Experience Processing System
This solution provides mobile operators with the ability to monitor network quality satisfaction (QoE) directly from subscriber terminals. The platform for launching a customer loyalty program offers a range of modules designed to comprehensively meet the key requirements of clients. The platform provides customers with the opportunity to enjoy privileges such as discounts and bonuses as part of the loyalty program, as well as the ability to exchange bonuses for various services and products. Biometric solutions

The solutions include a facial recognition module, a module for facial identification and verification, and a module for recognizing machine-readable document lines. The facial recognition module allows the detection of faces from any angle, even when partially obscured.

The facial identification and verification module enables:

  • Use of standard surveillance cameras (significantly cheaper than image processing cameras, imposing less strain on the network while ensuring sufficient quality of facial images for subsequent recognition).
  • Use of stereo pairs from two standard cameras to determine the exact distance between a person's face and the registration plane. Application in both active participation by the person being monitored (e.g., checkpoints, turnstiles, frames) and passive scenarios (e.g., corridors, stairwells, elevator halls).
  • Detection of all facial images of a person while they are within the camera's field of view (selecting the best angle doesn't always guarantee the highest similarity to the database image).
  • Identification and verification of the user in the shortest possible time (number of simultaneously recognizable faces: at least 350/s) the decision on recognition within 0.1 seconds the decision on recognition within 0.1 seconds
